END USER OPT-OUT

This page allows users to opt-out from being included in devtodev services. Devtodev provides services for user interaction tracking within mobile apps. Before a company can use devtodev services, it must first agree to our Privacy Policy. Even though we take your privacy seriously, we understand that you may still prefer to opt-out from being included in devtodev services.

To opt-out of having data from your device sent to devtodev's servers, please use one of the forms below:

Please choose the platform to learn how to find your device identifier and provide us with it. We will remove usage tracking from apps that use devtodev analytics.

Limit Ad tracking on iOS 5 or earlier

For users with iOS 5 or earlier, we need your UDID put in the form below.

The easiest way to get your UDID is to launch the iTunes and connect your iPhone. In the Summary, where the information about your iPhone, including its name, capacity, software version, serial number, and phone number is located, the UDID (Identifier) may be revealed by clicking on serial number of your iPhone.

Limit Ad tracking on iOS 6

Starting from iOS 6 Apple has a privacy setting that enables users to block ad tracking that advertising networks use to deliver relevant ads across apps. To opt-out just tap "General" in Settings menu, than choose "About" and tap it. Find "Advertising" and switch "Limit Ad Tracking" to ON.

Limit Ad tracking on iOS 7

Android devices don't have any build-in opt-out options. Please fill in one of those forms bellow to opt-out:

Android IMEI / MEID - MEID (Mobile Equipment Identifier) or IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) are the codes used by manufacturers to uniquely identify each device.
Android ID to get your Android Device ID enter *#*#8255#*#* in your phone dialer and you`ll be shown your device ID (as `aid`) in GTalk Service Monitor. Also you can use special "Device ID" app from Google Play
Mac Address depending on your device, attempt to follow one set of instructions listed below:
  • On the Home screen, tap the Menu button and go to Settings.
  • Tap About Phone.
  • Tap Status.
  • Scroll down to see your WiFi MAC address.

Or
  • On the Home screen, tap the Menu button and go to Settings.
  • Tap About Phone.
  • Tap Hardware information.
  • Scroll down to see your WiFi MAC address.
Or
  • On the Home screen, press the Menu key and select Settings.
  • Select Wireless and network.
  • Select WiFi Settings. You will find the MAC address under the Advanced section.

Windows Phone devices don't have any build-in opt-out options. Please fill in your device ID into the form bellow to opt-out:

Device ID - to get your unique Device ID you may use special app

Up to date we do not support tracking or analytics for Blackberries, or other devices. If you own one of these devices you are automatically opted out of our services.

Please note: This page only provides services to end users. Sometimes after submitting your opt-out request, a short delay will occur. It is due to being processed and applied to our system.
